You’ll be able to locate guns within seconds, keep track of repairs,
access contacts, and quickly calculate storage costs. Here’s how:

Locate guns with by searching on name, serial number or unique stock
number
with Gun Register’s unique Quick Check—and when you search by name,
all the guns in stock purchased from that customer will be
displayed, with details.
·
Keep track of repairs
by entering and coding guns so that they appear in your Repair
Screen, as required. Print Repair Receipts and Invoices with ease,
and invoice Repaired Guns separately with repair details included.
·
Stay current with sub-contracted repairs
by selecting “Sub-contractor” and entering their charges to blend
with your figure to produce a total repair cost.
·
Find customers and suppliers swiftly
by entering their details once—either in the Contact Database or in
Transaction Acquisition or Disposal screens—and never worry about
entering them again.
·
Calculate storage charges automatically at any time,
to the nearest day, and accept full or partial payments. Storage
screen also displays value of the gun when acquired.
Your
shop’s privacy is always protected since The Gun Register is not
web-based...
You
can feel safe running The Gun Register on a computer without internet
access because it’s a standalone program, so that your records aren’t

can also track ammunition so you’ll always know how much you have and
where it is located...

Gun Register, you’ll be able to check your stock of ammunition at any
time, because you can track your ammunition purchases and sales. To
get started, just enter a description of the ammunition once, then you
can select it over and over every time you sell or stock it.
You
also get an Ammunition Purchased screen that lets you enter the
details each time you receive a delivery of ammunition.
And
you get an Ammunition Sales screen that allows you to enter
customer details, ammunition purchased, and create a printable invoice.
And yes, Gun Register can handle multiple ammunition item purchases

Wondering exactly how Gun Register works?
Let
me give you an example…let’s say you need to find a particular gun
that’s been in your shop.
You
can go to the Firearms Register screen and search by serial number or
name, and it will display the last transaction involving that gun.
You’ll get the history of that gun, including all transactions such as
Acquisitions, Disposals, and Repairs. With the serial number search,
you also get the last Acquisition and Disposal of that gun.

to make a report or look up a previous one? Just go to the Gun

smudged and smeared—just click over to the Sales Order Processing
page and enter guns, clothing, footwear, scopes and other accessories to
