The Gun Register was
launched in 2002 in order to cope with the needs of the
Firearm Dealers in the UK. Since then it has proved to be a
stable and reliable product saving its users vast amounts of
time in addition to making their operation more efficient.
The Gun Register has been updated for 2011 with a cleaner
more efficient look and feel.
The Main Menu with clean button layout, all the Gun Register functions can be accessed from here.

Transactions - Disposals |
From the Transactions screen you can access the Acquisitions screen, the Disposals screen the Repairs screen and the Subcontractors screen.
Note: The Repairs screen will be blank until at least one gun is acquired with
Repair as its status. |

From the Transactions screen you can access the Acquisitions screen, the Disposals screen the Repairs screen and the Subcontractors screen.

Transactions - Repairs |
From the Repairs screen you can select a gun that
you have acquired for repair, assign a Subcontractor if required and create a
charge for repairs. You can also create a Receipt or an Invoice. Note: The
Repairs screen will be blank until at least one gun is acquired with Repair as
its status. |

Transactions - Subcontractors |
From the Subcontractors screen you can enter the
details of any Subcontractors that you use. They will then be available on the
Repairs screen. Note: The Repairs screen will be blank until at least one gun is
acquired with Repair as its status. |

Quick Check - By Name |
The Quick Check screen enables you to find a gun
from within the system in seconds, this screen selects by Customer Name. |

By Serial No |
The Quick Check screen enables you to find a gun
from within the system in seconds, this screen selects by Serial No. |

Quick Check - By Stock No |
The Quick Check screen enables you to find a gun
from within the system in seconds, this screen selects by Stock No. |

Quick Check - Storage |
The Quick Check Storage screen enables you to
find a Up to Date Storage Charge
from within the system in seconds. |

Customers / Suppliers |
The Customer screen enables you to enter
Customers directly or to locate and Edit as required.
Note: New Customers / Suppliers are normally entered from
within the Transactions / Acquisitions screen as part of a new transaction. |

Transactions - Subcontractors |
The Ammunition screen is where you enter the
description of the ammunition before it comes into stock. |

Transactions - Subcontractors |
In the Ammunition Goods In screen you enter the
Ammunition that you have received and are booking in. |

Transactions - Subcontractors |
The Ammunition Sales is where you sell the
ammunition and create an invoice if required. |

Firearm Register - By Serial No |
The Firearms Register displays details of all the
transactions that have taken place involving selected gun, this screen selects
by Serial No. |

Firearms Register - By Name |
The Firearms Register displays details of all the
transactions that have taken place involving selected Customer / Supplier, this
screen selects by Name. |

Firearms Register - Last Transaction |
The Firearms Register displays details of the
last transaction that has taken place involving selected Serial No. |
|
Reports |
The Reports screen displays a large selection of
reports that can be previewed or printed. Reports can be limited by a variety of
selections.
This screen also deals with your second-hand VAT
calculations and report. |

Make HTML Page |
The Make HTML screen enables you to create a Web
Page that displays selected items from this screen for use on a web site. |
|
Configuration |
The Configuration screen is where you enter you
company details, it also provides access to Employee, Security and Raw Data
screens. |

Security |
The Security screen enables you to set security
levels for relevant screens. |
|
Employees |
The Employees screen enables you to enter
Employee details and Security level. |
|
Data File and Backup |
The Select Data file and Backup screen enables you
to choose the location of the programs Data file and Backup location. |
